    • Tracking of order from factory. Updating dates of dispatch to client.

    • Should have good contact with the builders ,purchase head & Architects
    • Need to have strong data base of builders where we can introduce our product.
    • Candidate should have Strong history in sales, Superior analytical skills, Understanding of customer needs, Excellent communication skills.
    • Should have a consultative sales approach, Good presentation skills.
    • New leads should be generated through canvassing, cold calling, partner relationships, and customer referrals.
    • Meet sales revenue targets. Develop, implement, and maintain sales activities and plans.
    • Lead and coordinate contract negotiations for a successful close.
